The standard establishes the requirements for safety, design and performance of pressure regulators (hereinafter referred to as regulators) for their use with gas burners and gas appliances. The standard defines test methods for verifying compliance with these requirements. The standard applies to gas pressure regulators with nominal connecting dimensions (nominal passage) up to 50 mm inclusive, designed to work with gas burning devices that can be used and tested independently of these devices. Regulators are suitable for operation on natural gas according to GOST 5542 or liquefied petroleum gas according to GOST 20448 with an inlet pressure of up to 20 kPa inclusive. The standard does not apply to: - regulators connected directly to the trunk pipeline or tank to maintain a constant distribution pressure; - regulators intended for gas appliances installed outdoors exposed to the environment; - regulators that use electrical auxiliary energy.
Стандарт устанавливает требования к безопасности, конструкции и рабочим характеристикам регуляторов давления (далее - регуляторы) для их использования с газовыми горелками и газовыми аппаратами. Стандарт определяет методы испытаний для проверки соответствия этим требованиям. Стандарт распространяется на регуляторы давления газа с номинальными присоединительными размерами (условным проходом) до 50 мм включительно, предназначенные для работы с аппаратами, сжигающими газ, которые могут быть использованы и проверены независимо от этих аппаратов. Регуляторы пригодны для работы на природном газе по ГОСТ 5542 или сжиженном углеводородном газе по ГОСТ 20448 с давлением на входном отверстии до 20 кПа включительно. Стандарт не распространяется на: - регуляторы, подсоединенные непосредственно к магистральному трубопроводу или резервуару, для поддержания постоянного давления распределения; - регуляторы, предназначенные для газовых аппаратов, установленных на открытом воздухе, подвергающихся воздействию окружающей среды; - регуляторы, которые используют электрическую вспомогательную энергию.
