This standard establishes the requirements for the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the energy management system, the purpose of which is to enable the organization to implement a systematic approach to achieving continuous improvement in energy performance, including energy efficiency, energy use and consumption. This standard establishes the requirements applicable to the mode of energy use and consumption, including measurement, documentation and reporting, design and practical approaches to ensuring the organization's production activities with the necessary equipment, systems, processes and personnel that contribute to the energy performance. This standard applies to all factors affecting energy performance, which an organization can monitor through monitoring and which it is able to influence. This standard does not set specific criteria for energy performance.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования к разработке, внедрению, поддержанию в рабочем состоянии и улучшению системы энергетического менеджмента, целью которой является предоставление организации возможности реализации систематического подхода в достижении постоянного улучшения энергетической результативности, включая энергетическую эффективность, использование и потребление энергии. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования, применимые к режиму использования и потребления энергии, включая измерение, документацию и отчетность, проектирование и практические подходы к обеспечению производственной деятельности организации необходимым оборудованием, системами, процессами и персоналом, которые вносят свой вклад в энергетическую результативность. Настоящий стандарт применим ко всем факторам, влияющим на энергетическую результативность, которые организация может отслеживать посредством мониторинга и на которые она в состоянии повлиять. Настоящий стандарт не устанавливает конкретных критериев в отношении энергетической результативности
