Classification of chemicals for environmental hazards. General principles

This standard establishes a procedure for determining the criteria necessary to classify the hazard of chemical products by environmental impact. This standard does not apply to: - finished medicinal products and finished preparations for veterinary use; - finished perfume and cosmetic products; - radiating, nuclear and radioactive substances, materials and waste; - finished food products, ready-made biologically active additives and ready-made animal feeds; - chemical products in the composition of products, which in the process of circulation do not change their chemical composition and state of aggregation, do not form dust, vapors and aerosols containing hazardous chemicals in concentrations that can have a harmful effect on the life or health of citizens, animals, plants surrounding environment, property of individuals or legal entities, state and municipal property
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает процедуру определения критериев, необходимых для классификации опасности химической продукции по воздействию на окружающую среду. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на: - готовые лекарственные средства и готовые препараты ветеринарного назначения; - готовую парфюмерно-косметическую продукцию; - излучающие, ядерные и радиоактивные вещества, материалы и отходы; - готовую пищевую продукцию, готовые биологические активные добавки и готовые корма для животных; - химическую продукцию в составе изделий, которая в процессе обращения не изменяет свой химический состав и агрегатное состояние, не образует пыль, пары и аэрозоли, содержащие опасные химические вещества в концентрациях, способных оказать вредное воздействие на жизнь или здоровье граждан, животных, растений, окружающую среду, имущество физических или юридических лиц, государственное и муниципальное имущество
