Semiconductor energy converters. Test methods

Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time. IUS 9-1985
This standard applies to semiconductor power converters: rectifiers, inverters, frequency converters, AC voltage converters, DC converters for voltage up to 1kV and converters of a single series for DC voltage up to 1200 V and AC voltage up to 1140 V. The standard does not apply to converters made in the form of electronic equipment and communications equipment; onboard converters for aviation electrical equipment of airplanes and helicopters; for converters, which are components of multi-link converters and not having technical conditions, as well as converters that work as electrical welding equipment; on separate units of traction converters for electric rolling stock of railways and diesel locomotives. The standard establishes the methods of electrical testing of converters for all types of tests established in the standards and specifications for converters of specific series and types. The standard complies with IEC Publications j46-2 (1976) in terms of testing rectifiers and inverters
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на полупроводниковые преобразователи электроэнергии: выпрямители, инверторы, преобразователи частоты, преобразователи переменного напряжения, преобразователи постоянного напряжения на напряжение до 1кВ и преобразователи единых серий на постоянное напряжение до 1200 В и переменное напряжение до 1140 В. Стандарт не распространяется на преобразователи, выполненные в виде блоков радиоэлектронной аппаратуры и аппаратуры связи; на бортовые преобразователи для авиационного электрооборудования самолетов и вертолетов; на преобразователи, являющиеся составными частями многозвенных преобразователей и не имеющие технических условий, а также на преобразователи, работающие в качестве сварочного электрооборудования; на отдельные блоки тяговых преобразователей для электроподвижного состава железных дорог и тепловозов. Стандарт устанавливает методы э��ектрических испытаний преобразователей для всех видов испытаний, устанавливаемых в стандартах и технические условия на преобразователи конкретных серий и типов. Стандарт соответствует Публикациям МЭК j46-2 (1976) в части испытаний выпрямителей и инверторов
