Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time. IUS 3-2013
This standard applies to packaged in consumer packaging bakery products baked at the manufacturer and intended for direct consumption. Bakery products intended for packaging are produced according to regulatory documents valid in the territory of the countries that have joined the standard for specific product names (except for achloride crackers, crackers with low acidity, protein-wheat crackers, protein-bran crackers). The standard does not apply to bakery products of long-term storage and baked goods of low humidity.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на упакованные в потребительскую тару хлебобулочные изделия, выпеченные на предприятии-изготовителе и предназначенные для непосредственного употребления в пищу. Хлебобулочные изделия, предназначенные для упаковывания, вырабатываются по нормативным документам, действующим на территории стран присоединившихся к стандарту, на конкретные наименования изделий (кроме ахлоридных сухарей, сухарей с пониженной кислотностью, белково-пшеничных сухарей, белково-отрубных сухарей). Стандарт не распространяется на хлебобулочные изделия длительного хранения и хлебобулочные изделия пониженной влажности
