This standard applies to the vinegars produced by the biochemical method by aerobic oxidation by ethyl acetate bacteria of acetic acid bacteria from food raw materials, alcohol contained in grape and fruit wine materials, and ethyl rectified alcohol from food raw materials intended for food purposes.
