This standard applies to vodka and special vodka and sets the acceptance rules, sampling methods and methods of analysis. Photoelectrocolorimetric methods for determining the mass concentration of aldehydes, fusel oil, esters and the volume fraction of methyl alcohol, provided for in this standard, are used only in the production of vodka (inside enterprises)

Фотоэлектроколориметрические методы определения массовой концентрации альдегидов, сивушного масла, сложных эфиров и объемной доли метилового спирта, предусмотренные настоящим стандартом, применяют только в процессе производства водок (внутри предприятий)
