This standard establishes computational methods for evaluating the sound insulation of external noise or the difference in sound pressure levels on a building facade or on another external surface. The calculation is based on the sound insulation of various elements of the facade, taking into account the direct and indirect sound transmission. The results of calculations with acceptable accuracy correspond to the results of measurements in natural conditions according to EN ISO 140-5. Calculations can be performed both in the frequency bands and as a single number estimate. The results of calculations can also be used to calculate the sound pressure level, for example, traffic noise inside the building. This standard establishes the basic principles of the design of design schemes, determines the scope of their application with appropriate restrictions, establishes a list of used values. The standard is intended for experts in the field of acoustics and serves as the basis for the development of applied documents and software for specialists in construction with regard to regional requirements.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает расчетные методы оценки звукоизоляции внешнего шума или разности уровней звукового давления на фасаде здания или на другой его внешней поверхности. Расчет основан на величине звукоизоляции различных элементов фасада с учетом прямой и косвенной звукопередачи. Результаты расчетов с приемлемой точностью соответствуют результатам измерений в натурных условиях по EN ISO 140-5. Расчеты могут быть выполнены как в полосах частот, так и в виде оценки одним числом. Результаты расчетов могут быть использованы также для расчета уровня звукового давления, например, транспортного шума внутри здания. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает основные принципы построения расчетных схем, определяет область их применения с соответствующими ограничениями, устанавливает перечень используемых величин. Стандарт предназначен для экспертов в области акустики и служит основой для разработки прикладных документов и программных средств для специалистов в строительстве с учетом региональных требований
