Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
This standard establishes general provisions in the field of resource saving, objects, objects and aspects of standardization in ensuring resource saving, as well as a list of standards aimed at rational use, saving material resources and the best available technologies for energy efficiency. This standard applies to products, products, services, works that are goods on the market, including energy cookers (according to GOST R 51750) at the stages of the life cycle (according to GOST P 53791), as well as to the treatment of production and consumption wastes at the stages of the technological cycle ( according to GOST R 53692). This standard does not apply to nuclear, chemical and biological objects, objects of military equipment. This standard is intended for enterprises, organizations and associations of enterprises, including unions, associations, concerns, joint-stock companies, inter-sectoral, regional and other associations, regardless of their form of ownership and subordination, as well as for regional and federal authorities related to resource conservation.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общие положения в области ресурсосбережения, объекты предметы и аспекты стандартизации в обеспечение ресурсосбережения, а также перечень комплекса стандартов, направленных на рациональное использование, экономию материальных ресурсов и наилучшие доступные технологии в обеспечение энергоэффективности. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на изделия, продукцию, услуги, работы, являющиеся товарами на рынке, включая энерготовары (по ГОСТ Р 51750) на стадиях жизненного цикла (по ГОСТ Р 53791), а также на обращение с отходами производства и потребления на этапах технологического цикла (по ГОСТ Р 53692). Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на ядерные, химические и биологические объекты, объекты военной техники. Настоящий стандарт предназначен для предприятий, организаций и объединений предприятий, в том числе союзов, ассоциаций, концернов, акционерных обществ, межотраслевых, региональных и других объединений независимо от форм собственности и подчинения, а также для региональных и федеральных органов управления, имеющих отношение к обеспечению ресурсосбережения
