The standard applies to glass containers (jars and bottles) of various designs used in industrial conditions for packaging (bottling), storage and transportation of canned food products, including juices, ketchups, sauces, pastes, jams, vegetable oils and other similar products. The standard establishes a classification, technical quality requirements, acceptance rules, control methods, requirements for packaging, labeling, transportation, storage, and operating conditions for cans and bottles for canned food products.
Стандарт распространяется на стеклянную тару (банки и бутылки) различного дизайна, используемую в промышленных условиях для расфасовывания (розлива), хранения и транспортирования консервированной пищевой продукции, в том числе соков, кетчупов, соусов, паст, джемов, растительных масел и другой аналогичной продукции. Стандарт устанавливает классификацию, технические требования к качеству, правила приемки, методы контроля, требования к упаковке, маркировке, транспортированию, хранению и условиям эксплуатации банок и бутылок для консервированной пищевой продукции.
