This standard applies to heated premises, groups of premises (apartments) of residential apartment buildings with natural ventilation, as well as single-apartment residential buildings and establishes a method for determining in natural conditions of their specific consumption of heat energy for heating and heating infiltrating air as a result of natural ventilation and comparing it with a standardized indicator. This standard applies to all constructed and operated residential buildings.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на отапливаемые помещения, группы помещений (квартиры) жилых многоквартирных зданий с естественной вентиляцией, а также на одноквартирные жилые дома и устанавливает метод определения в натурных условиях их удельного потребления тепловой энергии на отопление и нагрев инфильтрующегося в результате естественной вентиляции воздуха и его сопоставление с нормируемым показателем. Настоящий стандарт применяется для всех построенных и эксплуатируемых жилых зданий
