This standard applies to devices for emergency opening of doors for evacuation and emergency exits (hereinafter - Antipanika devices) of public, industrial and residential buildings and structures for various purposes with a massive stay of people (shopping centers, hospitals, school and kindergartens, halls and station service rooms). and airports, concert halls, sports and entertainment, etc. facilities) in the event of a fire or other emergency to ensure safety and efficient evacuation of people, material values, as well as reducing the likelihood of exposure to people of dangerous factors of fire or other emergency. Antipanika devices can be used in different climatic zones in accordance with the norms of building climatology.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на устройства экстренного открывания дверей эвакуационных и аварийных выходов (далее - устройства «Антипаника») общественных, производственных и жилых зданий и сооружений различного назначения с массовым пребыванием людей (торговые центры, больницы, школьные и дошкольные учреждения, залы ожидания и обслуживания вокзалов и аэропортов, киноконцертные залы, спортивно-зрелищные и т. п. сооружения) в случае возникновения пожара или другой чрезвычайной ситуации для обеспечения безопасности и эффективной эвакуации людей, материальных ценностей, а также снижения вероятности воздействия на людей опасных факторов пожара или другой чрезвычайной ситуации. Устройства «Антипаника» могут применяться в различных климатических зонах в соответствии с нормами строительной климатологии
