Настоящий стандарт распространяется на электронные реабилитационные средства связи, информатики и сигнализации и устанавливает общие технические требования к аппаратуре и методы ее испытаний. Вид климатического исполнения аппаратуры - УХЛ по ГОСТ 15150, но для работы в диапазоне температур окружающей среды от минус 10 до плюс 40 град.С, если иное не установлено исходными требованиями к аппаратуре, и в условиях повышенной относительной влажности воздуха 80% при температуре 25 град.С. Стандарт содержит обязательные требования к качеству аппаратуры, обеспечивающие реабилитационный эффект, электромагнитную совместимость и безопасность для жизни и здоровья людей
