This standard applies to: a) self-propelled means driven by internal combustion engines, electric motors, or both; b) motor boats powered by internal combustion engines, electric motors, or both. The standard establishes the norms of narrowband and broadband industrial interference from the specified means and devices and the corresponding test methods. The requirements of this standard provide protection for the reception of radio and television broadcasting signals from the IPR in the frequency range from 30 to 1000 MHz in residential, commercial areas and production areas with low power consumption. Compliance with the requirements of this standard may not provide adequate protection for radio communications of new types used at a distance of 20 m from self-propelled means or device in residential, commercial and low-power industrial areas. This standard does not apply to aircraft, systems with electric (railway electric transport, tram and trolleybus) and incomplete self-propelled vehicles
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на: а) самоходные средства, приводимые в движение двигателями внутреннего сгорания, электродвигателями или теми и другими; б) моторные лодки, приводимые в движение двигателями внутреннего сгорания, электродвигателями или теми и другими. Стандарт устанавливает нормы узкополосных и широкополосных индустриальных радиопомех от указанных средств и устройств и соответствующие методы испытаний. Требования настоящего стандарта обеспечивают защиту приема сигналов радио- и телевизионного вещания от ИПР в полосе частот от 30 до 1000 МГц в жилых, коммерческих зонах и производственных зонах с малым энергопотреблением. Соответствие требованиям настоящего стандарта может не обеспечить адекватную защиту для средств радиосвязи новых видов, применяемых на расстоянии 20 м от самоходного средства или устройства в жилых, коммерческих зонах и производственных зонах с малым энергопотреблением. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на самолеты, системы с электротягой (железнодорожный электротранспорт, трамвай и троллейбус) и на неукомплектованные самоходные средства
