Underground diesel locomotives. General technical requirements and test methods

This standard applies to underground locomotives with a diesel engine, two-axle, with hydraulic transmission, intended for movement of trains on rail tracks (railways) narrow gauge in underground mining workings of mining enterprises and underground construction in the following conditions: - mines, mines of all categories, including hazardous on gas and (or) dust; - Type 1 atmosphere according to GOST 15150 with air dust content of not more than 100 mg / m3; - relative humidity of air at a temperature of 25 ° С to 100%; - ambient temperature from + 40 ° С to minus 35 ° С; - height above sea level not more than 2000 m; - longitudinal slope of the path to ± 0,050; - the coefficient of adhesion of the locomotive with the rails in coal mines - 0.09-0.17, in mines -0.10-0.25; - track gauge of rail track - 600, 750 and 900 mm. The standard establishes uniform technical requirements and methods for monitoring parameters in the manufacture and testing of newly developed diesel locomotives.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на подземные локомотивы с дизельным двигателем, двухосные, с гидравлической трансмиссией, предназначенные для передвижения поездов по рельсовым путям (железным дорогам) узкой колеи в подземных горных выработках горнодобывающих предприятий и подземном строительстве в следующих условиях: - шахты, рудники всех категорий, включая опасные по газу и (или) пыли; - атмосфера типа 1 по ГОСТ 15150 при запыленности воздуха не более 100 мг/м3; - относительная влажность воздуха при температуре 25 °С до 100 %; - температура окружающей среды от плюс 40 °С до минус 35 °С; - высота над уровнем моря не более 2000 м; - продольный уклон пути до ± 0,050; - коэффициент сцепления локомотива с рельсами в угольных шахтах - 0,09-0,17, в рудниках -0,10-0,25; - ширина колеи рельсового пути - 600, 750 и 900 мм. Стандарт устанавливает единые технические требования и методы контроля параметров при изготовлении и испытаниях вновь разрабатываемых дизелевозов
