This standard establishes the procedure for carrying out work to confirm the compliance of products with the requirements. This standard applies to work carried out by participants in compliance with the declaration of conformity of food products. The standard is intended for applicants (manufacturers, persons performing the functions of a foreign manufacturer, vendors, importers, suppliers), certification bodies, testing laboratories (centers) and other interested parties.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает порядок проведения работ по подтверждению соответствия продукции требованиям. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на работы, проводимые участниками подтверждения соответствия при декларировании соответствия пищевой продукции. Стандарт предназначен для заявителей (изготовителей, лиц, выполняющих функции иностранного изготовителя, продавцов, импортеров, поставщиков), органов по сертификации, испытательных лабораторий (центров) и других заинтересованных лиц
