This standard establishes special safety requirements for elevators used to evacuate people with disabilities and other people with limited mobility from buildings and structures (emergency elevators) in the event of an emergency. This standard establishes the conditions for the operation of elevators used for evacuation, as well as evacuation procedures using trained personnel. Elevators used to evacuate people with disabilities and other limited mobility groups do not replace the main evacuation routes in buildings, and do not affect their parameters and characteristics. This standard does not specify the number and basic parameters used for the evacuation of elevators.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает специальные требования безопасности к лифтам, используемым для эвакуации инвалидов и других маломобильных групп населения из зданий и сооружений (эвакуационные лифты) при возникновении чрезвычайных ситуаций. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает условия для функционирования лифтов, используемых для эвакуации, а также процедуры эвакуации с использованием обученного персонала. Лифты, используемые для эвакуации инвалидов и других маломобильных групп населения, не заменяют основные эвакуационные пути в зданиях, не влияют на их параметры и характеристики. Настоящий стандарт не определяет число и основные параметры используемых для эвакуации лифтов
