This standard applies to low-voltage electrical installations: residential buildings; trade enterprises; public buildings; industrial buildings; agricultural and horticultural buildings; buildings of prefabricated elements; caravans and parking for them; construction sites, entertainment facilities, fairs and other temporary facilities; berths for yachts and pleasure boats; devices for external lighting of buildings and structures; medical institutions; mobile or vehicle; photovoltaic systems; low-voltage power generators. This standard also applies to: a) electrical networks with a rated voltage of 1000 V AC or 1500 V DC; For alternating current preferred frequency adopted in accordance with this standard, 50; 60 and 400 Hz. Other frequencies may be used for special purposes; b) electrical circuits with voltages greater than 1000 V, powered by installations with a voltage of no more than 1000 V AC (except for internal wiring of electrical devices), such as gas discharge lamps, electrostatic filters; c) any electrical wiring that is not covered by current standards for electrical products; d) consumer electrical installations outside buildings; e) stationary wiring, alarms, controls, etc. (except for the internal wiring of these devices); f) reconstructed or modified electrical installations, as well as for parts of an existing electrical installation that are affected by a specific extension. This standard does not apply to: electric traction equipment; automotive equipment; electrical installations on board ships; electrical installations of aircraft; electrical installations of street lighting; electrical installations of underground mines and workings; anti-interference radio equipment; safety fences; lightning protection of buildings; electrical equipment of machines and mechanisms
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на низковольтные электроустановки: жилых зданий; торговых предприятий; общественных зданий; производственных зданий; сельскохозяйственных и садоводческих строений; зданий из сборных элементов; жилых автофургонов и стоянок для них; строительных площадок, зрелищных сооружений, ярмарок и других временных сооружений; причалов для яхт и прогулочных катеров; устройств внешнего освещения зданий и сооружений; медицинских учреждений; мобильных или транспортных средств; фотогальванических систем; низковольтных электрогенераторов. Настоящий стандарт также распространяется на: a) электрические сети с номинальным напряжением 1000 В переменного тока или 1500 В постоянного тока; Для переменного тока предпочтительны частоты, принятые в соответствии с настоящим стандартом, 50; 60 и 400 Гц. Допускается использование других частот для специальных целей; b) электрические цепи напряжением, превышающим 1000 В, питаемые от установки напряжением не более 1000 В переменного тока (за исключением внутренней проводки электротехнических устройств), например газоразрядные лампы, электростатические фильтры; c) любые электропроводки, на которые не распространяются действующие стандарты на электротехнические изделия; d) электроустановки потребителя вне зданий; e) проводки стационарные, сигнализации, управления и т.п. (за исключением внутренней проводки этих устройств); f) реконструируемые или изменные электроустановки, а также для частей существующей электроустановки, на которые влияет конкретное расширение. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на: электрическое тяговое оборудование; автотракторное оборудование; электроустановки на борту судов; электроустановки самолетов; электроустановки уличного освещения; электроустановки подземных шахт и выработок; помехоподавляющая радиоаппаратура; предохранительные ограждения; молниезащиту зданий; электрооборудование машин и механизмов
