Ship's electrical equipment. Safety requirements, control and test methods

This standard applies to shipboard electrical equipment, electromechanisms, units and establishes general safety requirements for the design of shipboard electrical equipment, classes of shipboard electrical equipment according to the method of protecting a person from electric shock, specific safety requirements of the following groups of shipboard electrical equipment: - rotating electrical machines; - switching low-voltage devices; - switchgears; - electrothermal equipment; - wiring accessories; - cables and wires; - power tool; - lighting products, as well as on the methods of control parameters and tests. This standard establishes safety requirements that exclude or reduce to an acceptable level human exposure to electrical current, noise and electric fields of shipboard electrical equipment, as well as preventing the possibility of injury from moving parts of shipboard electrical equipment and parts of shipboard electrical equipment that are heated to high temperatures.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на судовое электрооборудование, электромеханизмы, агрегаты и устанавливает общие требования безопасности к конструктивному исполнению судового электрооборудования, классы судового электрооборудования по способу защиты человека от поражения электрическим током, специфические требования безопасности следующих групп судового электрооборудования: - машины электрические вращающиеся; - аппараты коммутационные низковольтные; - распределительные устройства; - электротермическое оборудование; - электроустановочные изделия; - кабели и провода; - электроинструмент; - изделия светотехнические,а также на методы контроля параметров и испытаний. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования безопасности, исключающие или уменьшающие до допустимого уровня воздействие на человека электрического тока, шума и электрических полей судового электрооборудования, а также предотвращающие возможность получения травм от движущихся частей судового электрооборудования и частей судового электрооборудования, нагревающихся до высоких температур
