Conformity assessment. Ecological requirements for estate properties

Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time. BST 10-2012; IUS 2-2013
This standard establishes environmental requirements for real estate objects - buildings and structures, including their local area, and applies to all categories of real estate projects that are designed, built, reconstructed and put into operation. This standard is applied at the stages of design, construction, reconstruction and operation of real estate objects, as well as during voluntary certification of real estate objects and their project documentation, subject to the fulfillment of safety requirements established by technical regulations in the field of construction.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает экологические требования к объектам недвижимости - зданиям и сооружениям, включая их придомовую территорию, и распространяется на все категории проектируемых, построенных, реконструируемых и сданных в эксплуатацию объектов недвижимости. Настоящий стандарт применяется на этапах проектирования, строительства, реконструкции и эксплуатации объектов недвижимости, а также при проведении добровольной сертификации объектов недвижимости и их проектной документации при условии выполнения требований безопасности, установленных техническими регламентами в сфере строительства
