Vodkas, special vodkas and water for their production. Determination of cations, amines, anions of non-organic and organic acids content by capillary electrophoresis method
Status: Not effective - Canceled. Registration information 1590-st from 11.29.2012 (official site of Rosstandart)
This standard applies to vodka, special vodka, water for their preparation and establishes a rapid capillary electrophoresis method that provides simultaneous determination of the mass concentration of cations (ammonium, potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, strontium, lithium, barium), amines (ethanolamine , propylamine), anions of inorganic acids (chlorides, nitrites, nitrates, rodanides, sulfates, fluorides, phosphates), anions of organic acids (formic, acetic, oxalic, tartaric, malic, citric, glycolic, lactic, b enzoic, amber, fumaric) - formates, acetates, oxalates, tartrates, malates, citrates, glycolate, lactates, benzoates, succinates, fumarates. The ranges of measured mass concentrations of cations, amines, anions of inorganic and organic acids in vodka and water - from 0.5 to 20 mg / dm c. (manganese - from 0.1 to 20 mg / dm cubic; fluorides - from 0.5 to 10 mg / dm cubic)
