Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time

This standard establishes the requirements for the safety of launch and technical systems that are part of the rocket and space systems and their components, units and systems. The standard applies to: - launch complexes; - technical complexes; - refueling equipment; - protective equipment; - mounting and docking equipment; - service equipment; - equipment to provide compressed gases; - thermostat equipment; - equipment management process operations, control and information; - launchers; - transport and installation equipment; - facilities; - technical systems. This standard is applied by all enterprises involved in the creation of complexes, regardless of their departmental subordination and organizational-legal form: - in the development, manufacture (including installation and testing) and operation of the complexes that are part of the rocket-space complexes, as well as their equipment; - in the development of rules and evidence base of conformity assessment, in assessing the compliance of complexes and equipment, as well as the process of operation of complexes and equipment to the established mandatory requirements

Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования к безопасности стартовых и технических комплексов, входящих в состав ракетно-космических комплексов и их составных частей, агрегатов и систем. Стандарт распространяется на: - стартовые комплексы; - технические комплексы; - заправочное оборудование; - защитное оборудование; - монтажно-стыковочное и перегрузочное оборудование; - обслуживающее оборудование; - оборудование обеспечения сжатыми газами; - оборудование термостатирования; - оборудование управления технологическими операциями, контроля и информации; - пусковые установки; - транспортно-установочное оборудование; - сооружения; - технические системы. Настоящий стандарт применяется всеми предприятиями, участвующими в создании комплексов, независимо от их ведомственного подчинения и организационно-правовой формы: - при разработке, изготовлении (включая монтаж и испытания) и эксплуатации комплексов, входящих в состав ракетно-космических комплексов, а также их оборудования; - при разработке правил и доказательной базы оценки соответствия, при оценке соответствия комплексов и оборудования, а также процесса эксплуатации комплексов и оборудования установленным обязательным требованиям
