This standard applies to high-voltage fuses installed on railway rolling stock in main current-carrying circuits of direct current with a rated voltage of 600 V and 3000 V, alternating current with a nominal voltage of 3000 V, as well as auxiliary industrial-frequency AC circuits with a rated voltage of up to 1500 V. This standard establishes: - the characteristics of high-voltage fuses; - operating conditions to which high-voltage fuses must comply, namely: a) operation and mode of operation under standard operating conditions; b) the action and mode of operation with a short circuit; c) dielectric properties; - test methods for high-voltage fuses for compliance with technical operational requirements. The requirements of this standard do not apply to parallel fuse connections.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на высоковольтные предохранители, устанавливаемые на железнодорожном подвижном составе в основных токоведущих цепях постоянного тока с номинальным напряжением 600 В и 3000 В, переменного тока с номинальным напряжением 3000 В, а также вспомогательных цепях переменного тока промышленной частоты с номинальным напряжением до 1500 В. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает: - характеристики высоковольтных предохранителей; - условия эксплуатации, которым должны соответствовать высоковольтные предохранители, а именно: а) действие и режим работы при стандартных условиях эксплуатации; б) действие и режим работы при коротком замыкании; в) диэлектрические свойства; - методы испытаний высоковольтных предохранителей на соответствие техническим эксплуатационным требованиям. Требования данного стандарта не распространяются на параллельные соединения предохранителей
