Feeds, compound feeds. Method for determination of amino acids

The standard applies to feed, feed, premixes and establishes a method for determining the content of free (synthetic and natural) amino acids and the total content (free and bound forms in total) of individual amino acids using an amino acid analyzer or HPLC equipment. The method allows to determine the following amino acids: - total cystine and cysteine; - methionine; - lysine; - threonine; alanine; - aspartic acid; - glutamic acid; - glycine; - histidine; - isoleucine; - leucine; - phenylalanine; - Proline; - serine; tyrosine; - Valin. The method does not apply to the determination of tryptophan or hydroxy amino acid analogs.
Стандарт распространяется на корма, комбикорма, премиксы и устанавливает метод определения содержания свободных (синтетических и натуральных) аминокислот и общего содержания (свободных и связанных форм в сумме) отдельных аминокислот с применением аминокислотного анализатора или ВЭЖХ оборудования. Метод позволяет определять следующие аминокислоты: - цистин и цистеин в сумме; - метионин; - лизин; - треонин; -аланин; - аспарагиновая кислота; - глутаминовая кислота; - глицин; - гистидин; - изолейцин; - лейцин; - фенилаланин; - пролин; - серин; -тирозин; - валин. Метод не распространяется на определение триптофана или гидрокси аналогов аминокислот
