This standard establishes general requirements for the development, installation, acceptance testing, operation, maintenance and maintenance of the manual and automatic alarm systems (security systems, fire alarm systems - ITS) used to protect people, property and the environment. This standard applies to newly designed security and fire alarm systems. This standard does not apply to remote centers. The standard does not apply to STS operated in premises of categories A and B of explosion and fire hazard according to NPB 105-2003 and outdoors in areas with outdoor installations of categories An and Bn according to NPB 105-2003, STS of mobile objects, STS used in special purpose systems and physical protection systems for nuclear hazardous and other critical facilities
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общие требования к разработке, монтажу, приемо-сдаточным испытаниям, эксплуатации, техническому обслуживанию и ведению формуляра ручных и автоматических систем тревожной сигнализации (систем охранной, охранно-пожарной сигнализации - СТС), используемых для защиты людей, имущества и окружающей среды. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на вновь проектируемые системы охранной, охранно-пожарной сигнализации. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на удаленные центры. Стандарт не распространяется на СТС, эксплуатируемые в помещениях категорий А и Б взрывопожарной опасности по НПБ 105-2003 и вне помещений на территориях с наружными установками категорий Ан и Бн по НПБ 105-2003, СТС подвижных объектов, СТС, применяемые в системах специального назначения и системах физической защиты ядерно-опасных и других особо важных объектов
