Status: Effective - Supersedes. IUS 6-2007
The standard applies to fish, non-fish objects and products derived from them, and establishes acceptance rules and sampling methods. The standard does not apply to canned and preserved food, seaweed, sea herbs and products derived from them (except culinary products), dry soups, as well as leather, fur and technical raw materials from aquatic mammals. The standard does not apply to the rules of acceptance and sampling methods for parasitological studies of fish and non-fish objects.
Стандарт распространяется на рыбу, нерыбные объекты и продукцию, вырабатываемую из них, и устанавливает правила приемки и методы отбора проб. Cтандарт не распространяется на консервы и пресервы, водоросли, морские травы и продукцию, вырабатываемую из них (кроме кулинарных изделий), сухие супы, а также на кожевенное, меховое и техническое сырье из водных млекопитающих. Стандарт не распространяется на правила приемки и методы отбора проб для паразитологических исследований рыбы и нерыбных объектов.
