This standard establishes a laboratory method for determining the parameters of the vibration characteristics of direct grinders (hereinafter referred to as machines) by measuring the vibrations on the handles. The method involves the use of a simulator of the in-situ tool in the form of a test wheel with a given imbalance and the operation of the machine without load. This standard applies to machines with pneumatic and other drives used for cleaning and finishing surfaces of all types of grinding surfaces using type 1 straight profile grinding wheels, type 4 double-sided tapered grinding wheels, for example, types 16 (vaulted) , 18 (cylindrical), 18R (ball with a cylindrical lateral surface) or 19 (conical). This standard does not apply to wire brush grinding machines, as well as grinding machines for processing dies with clamping chucks for attaching tool inserts.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает лабораторный метод определения параметров вибрационной характеристики прямых шлифовальных машин (далее - машины) по измерениям вибрации на рукоятках. Метод предполагает использование имитатора вставного инструмента в виде испытательного круга с заданным дисбалансом и работу машины без нагрузки. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на машины с пневматическим и иным приводом, применяемые для зачистки и чистовой отделки поверхностей шлифования материалов всех видов с использованием шлифовальных кругов прямого профиля типа 1, шлифовальных кругов с двусторонним коническим профилем типа 4 и цилиндрических шлифовальных головок, например типов 16 (сводчатые), 18 (цилиндрические), 18R (шаровые с цилиндрической боковой поверхностью) или 19 (конические). Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на шлифовальные машины с проволочными щетками, а также на шлифовальные машины для обработки штампов с зажимными патронами для крепления вставного инструмента
