Alarms guarding surface shock-contact glass break detectors for use in buildings. General requirements and test methods
Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time. IUS 3-2015
This standard applies to newly developed and modernized security surface shock contact detectors (hereinafter - detectors) installed in enclosed spaces. Announcers are intended for use as part of an alarm system in accordance with GOST 31817.1.1 in order to detect an intruder’s attempt to enter a closed room or storehouse of valuables through a glazed building structure by destroying the sheet glass M0, M1, M4 installed in it according to GOST 111 (hereinafter - sheet glass), sheet glass with a coating according to GOST 30733 or GOST 31364 (hereinafter referred to as coated glass), laminated glass resistant to impact with hard objects according to GOST 30826 (hereinafter referred to as protective glass) or glass pack according to GOST 24 866, manufactured with the use of sheet glass, coated glass or safety glass. The standard establishes the functional requirements for the detectors, the requirements that ensure the safe operation and compatibility of the detectors with other technical means within the burglar alarm systems, as well as the test methods of the detectors for compliance with the established requirements. The standard should be used in conjunction with GOST 31817.1.1. The standard does not apply to special-purpose detectors.
