Status: Effective
The standard establishes requirements for the design, manufacture, operation and safety of tanks for cooling and storing milk and test methods. The standard applies to tanks with automatic regulation taking into account stationary or mobile installations for farms or for milk collection points, as well as at small-capacity dairy enterprises. The standard is allowed to apply for the purpose of certification and to facilitate compliance with the requirements of technical regulations.
Стандарт устанавливает требования к конструкции, изготовлению, эксплуатации и безопасности резервуаров для охлаждения и хранения молока и методы испытаний. Стандарт распространяется на резервуары с автоматическим регулированием с учетом стационарных или передвижных установок для ферм или для пунктов сбора молока, а также на предприятиях молочной промышленности малой мощности. Стандарт допускается применять для целей сертификации и содействия соблюдению требований технических регламентов.
