This standard applies to digital radio-relay line-of-sight lines operating in the frequency bands from 3.4 to 40.5 GHz. The standard establishes methods for calculating the following main indicators of the quality of digital radio relay lines (DRLs) related to equipment reliability and radio wave propagation conditions: - unavailability ratio; - coefficient of severely affected (errors) seconds. The calculation methods established in this standard are applied at the stages of a feasibility study, system and detailed design during the construction of a DRRL. The calculation methods are based on the application of the recommendations of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and take into account the topographic, climatic features of the territory, the propagation conditions of radio waves, the technical characteristics of the equipment
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на цифровые радиорелейные линии прямой видимости, работающие в полосах частот от 3,4 до 40,5 ГГц. Стандарт устанавливает методы расчета следующих основных показателей качества цифровых радиорелейных линий (ЦРРЛ), связанных с надежностью аппаратуры и условиями распространения радиоволн: - коэффициента неготовности; - коэффициента сильнопораженных (ошибками) секунд. Методы расчета, установленные в настоящем стандарте, применяют на стадиях технико-экономического обоснования, системного и рабочего проектирования при строительстве ЦРРЛ. Методы расчета основаны на применении рекомендаций Международного Союза Электросвязи (МСЭ) и учитывают топографические, климатические особенности территории, условия распространения радиоволн, технические характеристики оборудования ЦРРЛ
