The standard establishes units of physical quantities (hereinafter referred to as units) used in the USSR, their names, designations and rules for the use of these units. The standard does not apply to units used in scientific research and in the publication of their results, if they do not consider and use the measurement results. specific physical quantities, as well as per unit values, assessed on conditional scales.
Стандарт устанавливает единицы физических величин (далее - единицы), применяемые в СССР, их наименования, обозначения и правила применения этих единиц Стандарт не распространяется на единицы, применяемые в научных исследованиях и при публикациях их результатов, если в них не рассматривают и не используют результаты измерений конкретных физических величин, а также на единицы величин, оцениваемых по условным шкалам.
