The standard applies to housing services rendered to the public. The standard establishes general technical requirements for housing and communal services, safety requirements for services for life, health, consumer goods and environmental protection.
Стандарт распространяется на жировые продукты: спреды, представляющие собой продукт массовой долей общего жира от 39 % до 95 % включительно, и топленые смеси массовой долей общего жира не менее 99 %, вырабатываемые из молочного жира и/или растительных масел с добавлением пищевых, вкусоароматических добавок и витаминов или без них. Спреды и топленые смеси предназначаются для непосредственного употребления в пищу, использования в кулинарии, в общественном питании, для диетического питания, а также для хлебопекарной, кондитерской, пищеконцентратной, консервной и других отраслей пищевой промышленности. Стандарт не распространяется на масло коровье, маргарин и продукты с содержанием общего жира менее 39%.
