This standard applies to the design, manufacture, transportation, installation and operation of equipment for the removal of pork skin and film removal using a knife mechanism with a blade used in the processing of meat and fish products. Separate types of machines are allowed to be used to remove skin from carcasses and parts of poultry, fresh or smoked fish. Home-use machines and desktop machines are not included in this standard. This standard applies only to machines produced after the release date of this standard. This standard is used in conjunction with GOST 12.2.135, GOST 26582, GOST 28693 and GOST 30146
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на конструирование, изготовление, транспортирование, установку и эксплуатацию оборудования для съема свиной шкурки и удаления пленки с помощью ножевого механизма с лезвием, применяемого при обработке мясных и рыбных продуктов. Отдельные типы машин допускается использовать для удаления кожи с тушек и частей птицы, свежей или копченой рыбы. Машины, используемые в домашних условиях, а также настольные машины в настоящий стандарт не включены. Настоящий стандарт применим только к машинам, выпущенным после даты выхода настоящего стандарта. Настоящий стандарт применяется совместно с ГОСТ 12.2.135, ГОСТ 26582, ГОСТ 28693 и ГОСТ 30146
