This standard applies to cutters, including those with a rotating bowl, with optional equipment for their loading and unloading devices. A kutter is a machine used to process fresh and frozen meat, meat products, fish and vegetables. This standard includes all significant hazards, dangerous situations and accidents associated with the work of cutters, subject to their intended use and possible violations provided by the manufacturer

Куттер представляет собой машину, применяемую для обработки свежего и замороженного мяса, мясных продуктов, рыбы и овощей.
