This standard establishes general safety requirements for the design and installation in buildings, structures of new electric elevators with a friction drive, a drive with a drum or an asterisk and hydraulic elevators. This standard is allowed to be used when replacing the lifts that have been assigned to the designated period as a regulatory framework. Special requirements for elevators providing accessibility for people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups of the population are set out in GOST R 51631. Special requirements for elevators providing transportation for firefighters during a fire are set in GOST R 52382. Structures in which deliberate damage to lift equipment is possible, affecting its safety, are set out in GOST R 52624. This standard does not apply to: - powered elevators that distinguish from the specified in 1.1; - hydraulic elevators with a speed of more than 1.0 m / s; - sidewalk elevators; - elevators installed in the mines of the mining and coal industries; - elevators installed on ships and other floating equipment, platforms for exploration and drilling at sea; - elevators installed on airplanes and other aircraft; - installation of elevators in existing buildings, where the dimensions of the building part do not allow to fulfill the requirements of this standard
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общие требования безопасности к конструкции и установке в зданиях, сооружениях новых электрических лифтов с приводом трения, приводом с барабаном или звездочкой и гидравлических лифтов. Настоящий стандарт допускается использовать при замене отработавших назначенный срок лифтов в качестве нормативной базы. Специальные требования к лифтам, обеспечивающим доступность для инвалидов и других маломобильных групп населения, установлены в ГОСТ Р 51631. Специальные требования к лифтам, обеспечивающим транспортирование пожарных во время пожара, установлены в ГОСТ Р 52382. Специальные требования к лифтам, предназначенным для установки в зданиях, сооружениях, в которых возможно преднамеренное повреждение лифтового оборудования, влияющее на его безопасность, установлены в ГОСТ Р 52624. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на: - лифты с приводом, отличающимся от указанных в 1.1; - гидравлические лифты со скоростью движения более 1,0 м/с; - тротуарные лифты; - лифты, устанавливаемые в шахтах горной и угольной промышленности; - лифты, устанавливаемые на судах и иных плавучих средствах, платформах для разведки и бурения на море; - лифты, устанавливаемые на самолетах и других летательных средствах; - установку лифтов в существующие здания, где размеры строительной части не позволяют выполнить требования настоящего стандарта
