GOST R 55619-2013

Renewable power engineering. Wind turbines. Protective measures. Requirements for design, operation and maintenance

Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time. IUS 8-2014

This standard specifies requirements for measures to protect the health and safety of personnel, proper commissioning, management and maintenance of wind turbines. This standard applies to high-power wind turbines with a horizontal axis of rotation of the windwheel, which include serviced nacelles. For other designs of wind turbines (for example, with a vertical axis of rotation or less than 50 kW), the principles remain, but specific rules or requirements must be developed in accordance with their design. The standard does not apply to wind turbines produced before the date of its official publication.
