This standard applies to grain and its products and establishes methods for determining the content of ochratoxin A using high performance liquid chromatography with fluorimetric detection using: - screening of samples and purification using column chromatography (method A) in food grains, wheat-based flour products , corn, barley, rye, oats and rice, mixed fodder and raw materials for their production on grain basis (cake, meal) in the range of measurements of the mass fraction of ochratoxin And from 0.0025 to 1.0 ppm; - cleaning by the method of solid phase extraction (method B) in the grain of cereals and flour in the range of measurements of the mass fraction of ochratoxin A more than 0.0004 million
