This standard applies to frozen fish of all families and species. The requirements of this standard do not apply to frozen fish, produced according to GOST 17660, GOST 17661, as well as herring fish (except sardinella, sardinops, sardines, or chickens), cartilage fish, anchovies (of the genus Engraulis), gobies (Gobius, Neogobius, Pomatos) ), Siberian Dace, freshwater ruff, flounder-gloss, smelt (genus Osmerus, Hypomesus), orca-creak, Pacific salmon with spawning changes

Настоящий стандарт распространяется на мороженую рыбу всех семейств и видов. Требования настоящего стандарта не распространяются на мороженую рыбу, изготовляемую по ГОСТ 17660, ГОСТ 17661, а также сельдевых (кроме сардинеллы, сардинопса, сардины, илиши, помолобуса), хрящевых рыб, анчоусов (рода Engraulis), бычков (родов Gobius, Neogobius, Pomatoschistus), ельца сибирского, ерша пресноводного, камбалу-глоссу, корюшек (родов Osmerus, Hypomesus), косатку-скрипун, лососей тихоокеанских с нерестовыми изменениями
