This standard applies to existing, projected, reconstructed and under construction public pools (hereinafter - pools) with fresh water of all types and sizes, both open and covered, located in a separate building (structure) or as part of water parks, sports (SC), sports -health (JUICE) and health and fitness (FOK) complexes, regardless of their departmental affiliation and ownership. This standard establishes safety requirements for the organization and implementation of water treatment processes (including methods of cleaning and disinfecting water - mechanical, physical, chemical, and their combination), the modes and conditions of their conduct, as well as the corresponding systems, installations and equipment, materials in order to ensure proper water quality, which must be observed in the design, construction, reconstruction and operation of pools

Настоящий стандарт распространяется на действующие, проектируемые, реконструируемые и строящиеся общественные бассейны (далее - бассейны) с пресной водой всех видов и размеров как открытые, так и крытые, расположенные в отдельном здании (сооружении) или в составе аквапарков, спортивных (СК), спортивно-оздоровительных (СОК) и физкультурно-оздоровительных (ФОК) комплексов, вне зависимости от их ведомственной принадлежности и формы собственности. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования безопасности к организации и осуществлению процессов водоподготовки (включая методы очистки и обеззараживания воды - механические, физические, химические и их сочетание), режимам и условиям их проведения, а также к соответствующим системам, установкам и оборудованию, к применяемым материалам и реагентам в целях обеспечения надлежащего качества воды, которые необходимо соблюдать при проектировании, строительстве, реконструкции и эксплуатации бассейнов
