This standard applies to the rapid method of qualitative determination of the species of meat and vegetable ingredients contained in feed, food products, food raw materials of plant, animal origin, including those subjected to heat treatment. The standard is intended to accelerate the identification of species-specific DNA of cattle (Bos taurus), pigs (Sus scrofa), chicken (Gallus gallus), soybeans (Glycine max), corn (Zea mays), potatoes (Solanum tuberosum), etc. as part of feed , raw materials at all stages of its processing, transportation, storage, as well as semi-finished products, ready-made food products by the method of polymerase chain reaction
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на экспресс-метод качественного определения видовой принадлежности мясных и растительных ингредиентов, содержащихся в кормах, пищевых продуктах, продовольственном сырье растительного, животного происхождения, в том числе подвергавшихся термической обработке. Стандарт предназначен для ускоренной идентификации видоспецифичной ДНК крупного рогатого скота (Bos taurus), свиньи (Sus scrofa), курицы (Gallus gallus), сои (Glycine max), кукурузы (Zea mays), картофеля (Solanum tuberosum) и др. в составе кормов, сырья на всех этапах его переработки, транспортировки, хранения, а также полуфабрикатов, готовых продуктов питания методом полимеразной цепной реакции
