Hydraulic presses. Safety requirements
Status: Not effective - Canceled. Registration information 1005-st dated November 22, 2012 (the official website of FSUE Standartinform)
The standard establishes the requirements and safety measures to be taken in the design, manufacture and supply of hydraulic presses, their units and components; applies to all designed, manufactured and upgraded hydraulic presses, lines and equipment complexes based on them, automation and mechanization tools for them. The standard also covers presses that were originally designed to work with cold metal, but are used in the same way to work with other sheet materials (such as cardboard, plastic, rubber or leather) and metal powder. The standard does not apply to equipment whose main designation is: - cutting sheet metal with guillotine shears; - installation of fasteners, such as staves, staples or stitches; - bending or rolling; - punch turret punching; - stamping on the hammer; - punching on specialized punching presses using templates (for example, for the construction industry). The standard is used in conjunction with GOST 12.2.003, GOST 12.2.017. The standard applies to presses manufactured after the date of its introduction.
