This standard establishes requirements for documentation in the manufacture of products, including aspect strategies that shape the policy of rational use and economy of materials in enterprises and organizations producing products and providing services, and extends to the production stage in the product life cycle, as well as hazardous waste in solid and liquid states. This standard does not apply to medical, biological, nuclear production, materials and waste from them. The provisions established in this standard are intended for voluntary use in regulatory, regulatory, technical and design documentation, as well as in scientific, technical, educational and reference literature in relation to the processes of disposal of products after their use in the technological stages. cycle of waste with the involvement of relevant resources in economic activities as secondary raw materials, while ensuring the preservation and protection of the environment, health and no people
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования к документированию при производстве продукции, включая аспектные стратегии, формирующие политику рационального использования и экономии материалов на предприятиях и в организациях, производящих продукцию и оказывающих услуги, и распространяется на стадию производства в жизненном цикле изделий, а также опасные отходы в твердом и жидком состояниях. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на медицинские, биологические, ядерные производства, материалы и отходы от них. Положения, установленные в настоящем стандарте, предназначены, для добровольного применения в нормативно-правовой, нормативной, технической и проектно-конструкторской документации, а также в научно-технической, учебной и справочной литературе применительно к процессам ликвидации изделий после их использования по назначению на этапах технологического цикла отходов с вовлечением соответствующих ресурсов в хозяйственную деятельность в качестве вторичного сырья, обеспечивая при этом сохранение и защиту окружающей среды, здоровья и жизни людей
