This standard establishes requirements for the design, manufacture and quality control of equipment for tripping operations performed during drilling and operation of oil and gas wells. It applies to the following mechanisms, components and parts of lifting equipment: - pulley pulley mechanisms; - blocks talevy and hook blocks; - Hook suspension units for the traveling block; - elements connecting and transitional elevator strop; - drill hooks; - hooks for tubing and sucker rods; - elevator bails; - Elevators for casing, tubing, drill and weighted drill pipes; - Elevators for pump rods; - elements of transitional swivel; - swivels; - power swivels; - rotators; - spider-elevators; - devices for fixing the fixed end of the pulley rope; - Compensators vertical movement of the drill string; - rotators for screwing the lead pipe, used as lifting equipment; - pressure vessels and pipelines mounted on lifting equipment; - safety clamps used as lifting equipment; - guides carriage
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования при проектировании, изготовлении и контроле качества оборудования для спускоподъемных операций, выполн��емых при бурении и эксплуатации нефтяных и газовых скважин.
