This standard applies to machines and accessories for cutting food into portions of a cubic shape. This standard specifies specific requirements for the design, manufacture, installation, transportation, operation, safety and hygiene of meat cutting machines. This standard applies to all the significant hazards, hazardous situations and events associated with the machines listed in Section 6. This standard is used in conjunction with GOST 12.2.135; GOST 28693 and GOST 30146. This standard does not apply to machines that are released earlier than the date of publication of this standard.
Настоящий стандарт относится к машинам и дополнительным приспособлениям для нарезания продуктов на порции кубической формы. Настоящий стандарт определяет особые требования к конструкции, изготовлению, монтажу, транспортированию, эксплуатации, безопасности и гигиене машин для нарезания мяса. Настоящий стандарт касается всех приведенных в разделе 6 существенных опасностей, опасных ситуаций и событий, связанных с машинами. Настоящий стандарт применяют совместно с ГОСТ 12.2.135; ГОСТ 28693 и ГОСТ 30146. Настоящий стандарт не применяют к машинам, которые выпущены ранее даты опубликования настоящего стандарта
