This standard establishes the rules for registration and designation of national standards of the Russian Federation and preliminary national standards, which are developed based on the application of international and regional standards, as well as national standards of other countries. This standard also establishes the rules for drafting national standards of the Russian Federation, preliminary national standards and recommendations on standardization, developed on the basis of the application of international documents that are not international standards. This standard does not apply to the national standards of the Russian Federation, which were approved (recognized as such) before it was put into effect. Their alignment with the requirements of this standard is carried out at the next revision of these standards, and in justified cases, when developing the next changes to them. This standard does not apply to interstate standards, which by status are regional standards, but are applied in the Russian Federation directly as national standards.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает правила оформления и обозначения национальных стандартов Российской Федерации и предварительных национальных стандартов, которые разрабатывают на основе применения международных и региональных стандартов, а также национальных стандартов других стран. Настоящий стандарт также устанавливает правила оформления национальных стандартов Российской Федерации, предварительных национальных стандартов и рекомендаций по стандартизации, разрабатываемых на основе применения международных документов, не являющихся международными стандартами. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на национальные стандарты Российской Федерации, которые были утверждены (признаны в этом качестве) до введения его в действие. Их приведение в соответствие с требованиями настоящего стандарта осуществляют при очередном пересмотре указанных стандартов, а в обоснованных случаях - при разработке очередных изменений к ним. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на межгосударственные стандарты, которые по статусу являются региональными стандартами, но применяются в Российской Федерации непосредственно в качестве национальных стандартов
