This standard establishes a method for determining tin and antimony, cerium, lead and bismuth trace levels in steel and iron using inductively coupled plasma and mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The method is applicable for determining the trace content of elements in the following ranges of mass fractions: - Sn tin - from 5 to 200 µg / g; - antimony Sb - from 1 to 200 µg / g; - cerium Ce - from 10 to 1,000 μg / g; - lead Pb - from 0.5 to 100 µg / g; - Bi Bi - from 0.3 to 30 µg / g
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает метод определения в стали и чугуне следового содержания олова, сурьмы, церия, свинца и висмута с использованием индуктивносвязанной плазмы и масс-спектрометрии (ИСП-MС). Метод применим для определения следового содержания элементов в следующих диапазонах массовых долей : - олово Sn - от 5 до 200 мкг/г; - сурьма Sb - от 1 до 200 мкг/г; - церий Ce - от 10 до 1 000 мкг/г; - свинец Pb - от 0,5 до 100 мкг/г; - висмут Bi - от 0,3до 30 мкг/г
