Status: Not effective - Canceled. Registration information 417-st dated July 22, 2013 (official website of Rosstandart); IUS 4-2014

The standard establishes the allowable values and methods for measuring industrial radio interference (IHD) generated by devices and equipment whose main functions are performed using motors or switching or regulating devices, provided that the radio frequency energy is not created specifically or is not used for lighting . The standard applies to technical equipment (TS) of the following types: household electrical appliances, electrical tools, regulating (control) devices on semiconductor devices, electro-medical installations driven by an electric motor, electrical and electronic toys, automatic packaging machines, film and slide projectors, and other vehicles specified in 7.3.7. The standard also applies to specific parts of the vehicle, such as electric motors and switching devices (for example, power or protective relays). Measurements of IRP levels, for which the norms in this standard are not established, are not carried out. Requirements for measurements at the place of installation of the vehicle are under consideration. Requirements concerning the stability of the vehicle to electromagnetic interference are set out in GOST R 51318.14.2. The standard does not apply to: - TS, for which the requirements for the IRP are established in other national standards, developed on the basis of the application of international standards IEC and CISPR. Note 1 - Examples of such vehicles are: - lamps, including portable lamps for children (see [4]), discharge lamps and other light devices according to GOST R 51318.15; - broadcast receivers, televisions, electronic musical instruments and other household electronic equipment in accordance with GOST 51318.13 and GOST R 51515 (see also 7.3.5.4.2); - TS designed to transmit signals over low-voltage electrical networks in accordance with GOST R 51317.3.8; - industrial, scientific, medical and household high-frequency installations in accordance with GOST R 51318.11; - information technology equipment (for example, personal computers) in accordance with GOST R 51318.22; - electrical equipment designed for use on self-propelled vehicles with internal combustion engines according to GOST R 51318.12; - radio control devices, intercoms and other types of radio transmitters, including those used in toys; - regulating devices and vehicles with regulating devices on semiconductor devices with a nominal input current of more than 25 A in one phase; - separately used power supplies. Note2 - This standard does not apply to toys whose food is provided by the on-board power supply system of a car, vessel or aircraft. 1.2 The scope of this standard covers the frequency range from 9 kHz to 400 GHz, but the norms of the IRP are set in the frequency range from 150 kHz to 1000 MHz. Measurements at frequencies in relation to which the norms are not established are not carried out. 1.3 Multifunctional vehicles that simultaneously must meet the requirements given in the various sections of this standard and
