This standard applies to industrial electrothermal installations, which may include electrothermal equipment operating in the voltage range up to 3600 V AC or 5000 V DC, and establishes general safety requirements. The requirements of this standard apply to the following industrial electrothermal equipment and the corresponding technological installations: - electric direct heating electric arc furnaces; - electric arc furnaces of indirect electric heating; - electric arc heating equipment (other than electric arc furnaces); - Electroslag remelting furnaces; - plasma equipment; - induction melting electric furnaces; - equipment of induction electric heating; - equipment of direct heating resistance; - equipment of indirect heating by resistance; - infrared heating equipment; - dielectric heating equipment; - equipment with electronic guns; - microwave equipment; - industrial laser equipment; - equipment for electrothermal surface treatment. This standard does not apply to electrical equipment for cooking, heating equipment for domestic needs or welding, as well as any equipment for electrical heating.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на промышленные электротермические установки, в состав которых может входить электротермическое оборудование, работающее в диапазоне напряжений до 3600 В переменного тока или 5000 В постоянного тока, и устанавливает общие требования безопасности. Требования настоящего стандарта распространяются на следующее промышленное электротермическое оборудование и соответствующие технологические установки: - дуговые электропечи прямого электронагрева; - дуговые электропечи косвенного электронагрева; - оборудование электродугового нагрева (отличное от дуговых электропечей); - печи электрошлакового переплава; - плазменное оборудование; - индукционные плавильные электропечи; - оборудование индукционного электронагрева; - оборудование прямого нагрева сопротивлением; - оборудование косвенного нагрева сопротивлением; - оборудование инфракрасного нагрева; - оборудование диэлектрического нагрева; - оборудование с электронными пушками; - сверхвысокочастотное оборудование; - промышленное лазерное оборудование; - оборудование электротермической обработки поверхности. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на электрооборудование для приготовления пищи, нагревательное оборудование для бытовых нужд или сварки, а также на любое оборудование для электрообогрева
