Polyethylene pipes for the supply of gaseous fuel. Specifications
Status: Not effective - Canceled
This standard applies to polyethylene pressure pipes for underground gas pipelines of three types: - polyethylene pipes (nominal outer diameter d), including with marking strips; - polyethylene pipes with coextrusion layers on the outer and / or inner surfaces of the pipe (nominal outer diameter d with index n), where all layers have the same level of minimum long-term strength (MRS); - pipes made of polyethylene (nominal outer diameter d with index n) with an additional protective sheath of thermoplastic on the outer surface of the pipe, easily removable during installation. Pipes are intended for transportation of combustible gases according to GOST 5542, used as raw materials and fuels for industrial and household use with a maximum working pressure (MPA) of up to 1.2 MPa and a working gas temperature of up to 40 degrees. Celsius
