This standard applies to starch syrup (glucose syrup - glucose syrup, maltose syrup - maltose syrup, starch syrup - starch syrup, corn syrup - corn syrup), produced by hydrolysis of starch using acids and / or amylolytic enzyme preparations, followed by filtration of the hydrolyzate, bleaching it with active charcoal and boiling to a certain mass fraction of dry substances. Molasses is used in various sectors of the food industry and for technical purposes.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на крахмальную патоку (glucose syrup - глюкозный сироп, maltose syrup - мальтозный сироп, starch syrup - крахмальный сироп, corn syrup - кукурузный сироп), вырабатываемую путем гидролиза крахмала с применением кислот и/или амилолитических ферментных препаратов с последующим фильтрованием гидролизата, обесцвечиванием его активным углем и увариванием до определенной массовой доли сухих веществ. Патока применяется в различных отраслях пищевой промышленности и для технических целей
